NSTS: Translation Studies around the world

We completed the introductions of this year's "Associates," the participants who have gathered at the NIDA School of Translation Studies, under the leadership of the two professors (Tim Beal and Lawrence Venuti) and a variety of faculty (many of whom are former associates). Here is the breakdown of the countries-of-origin of the Associates. The vibrant international participation is making a tremendous contribution to our discussions. Several of these are professional biblical translators, and the rest are a mix of PhDs in Translation Studies and Biblical Studies.
